Clearly, the Bird is in a summer dessert-themed Mood, as this is the second time in a month that I'm laser-focused on sweet treats. But when the weather warms up, you start wearing sandals and bare legs unadorned with wooly tights, along with thinking, a slice of key lime pie or lemon meringue sounds just perfect right about now. Better yet, how about a slice of both?

Much like the eternal question of key lime or lemon meringue, I couldn't decide which theme to stick with, so I just had both!
